Exclusive 24-villa development at Dubai’s The World Islands reaches 90% sales, with three premium villas sold for AED 400 million
DUBAI, UAE, 29 October 2024 – Amali Properties has officially commenced construction on Amali Island, a luxury development within The World Islands, off Dubai’s coast. The groundbreaking event gathered key figures from Amali Properties alongside project contractors, including DUTCO Construction Co. for marine works and Van Oord for dredging.
